Travel advisory boards have become increasingly popular among businesses seeking to manage travel challenges.
With the arrival of LaxTravel, there’s a new breed of board that provides the same level of information and guidance to its members, with more than 1,000 boards worldwide.
The new board will serve as the platform for LAX Travel’s advisory board to share their advice, travel strategies and business plans.
“We have been able to work collaboratively with many travel agencies and travel organizations to provide advice and advice-related products to our members, and Lax travel is no exception,” said Andrew Boulanger, the company’s co-founder and CEO.
“We’re thrilled to be part of the Lax advisory board and to share some of our insights with our members.”
The Lax board will include board members from major travel companies including TripAdvisor, SeatGeek, Priceline, and Orbitz.
The board also will include the travel leaders who have a strong relationship with Lax, and will be familiar with some of LAX’s travel-related services.
Boulangers stated that the new advisory board will provide an opportunity for LAC to share its insights on the travel industry with its members and to promote the company to its travel clients.
While the advisory board has the potential to provide valuable insights to its member base, Bouliers statement also said that the LAC board will also provide a roadmap for the travel company, and it will help LAC build an ecosystem around Lax.
LAC is one of the largest travel companies in the United States and is owned by the Walt Disney Company.
The LAC advisory board’s mission is to help Lax provide more travel advice to its membership, Bousanger said.
The LaxBoard.com will help members to find a travel advisor who will provide a unique perspective on their personal travel needs.
LaxTravel.com, Laxtravel, and the Lactate, LAX board will be part in the launch of LAC’s travel advisory board, which will be the first of its kind.
